SAMPLE DAY SCHEDULE

Check out a sample schedule for a day at the camp. Each camper's schedule will vary slightly based on their ability to choose whatever sport they want to play. 

8:30 - 9:00      Campers arrive and are signed in by parent

9:00 - 9:10       Campers choose their morning sport

9:10 - 9:20       Dynamic stretching routine

9:20 - 10:15     Sport-specific skill development

10:15 - 10:25    Nutrition and water break

10:25 - 11:15     Skill break down games, relay races, etc.

11:15 - 12:00     Scrimmage

12:00 - 12:30   Lunch

12:30 - 12:40   Campers choose their afternoon sport

12:40 - 12:50   Warm-up

12:50 - 1:30      Sport-specific skill development

1:30- 1:40         Nutrition and water break

1:40 - 2:15        Skill breakdown games, relay races, etc. 

2:15 - 2:45        Scrimmage

2:45 - 3:00       Camper of the Day Awards, closing remarks

3:00 - 3:30       Camper pick-up

Morning Session  9am - 12:00pm
